Grade 4B

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are slowly approaching the end of term 2. We have had a very productive term where the students have engaged in numerous class and extra curricula activities. The students are currently working very hard in getting ready for the end of year concert. We would greatly appreciate the support of our parents in helping the students with outfit preparations.

In literacy this term the students have been busy working on Biography reports based on a sporting hero of their choice. Currently they are working on the final draft of their writing piece where they will then present their work to their peers.

The students have also had the opportunity to visit the Shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens this term. They enjoyed visiting the gardens where they had the chance to see various plants from around the world. They listened very intently to the speaker who gave them insight into plant adaptations. The students also had fun making different garden creatures using leaves, sticks etc. It was a great day enjoyed by all.
